DLW400ESW set's a new direction in VRD performance Fully programmable output voltage & post weld vrd turn on time.
3 to 35 vdc output voltage 100 to 500ms turn on time. Set to 30 VDC & .3 post weld vrd turn on time.

Patented technology + power savings due to lower idle current. work's with most single & 2 phase AC/DC transformer type machines such as 415 VAC Lincoln TM 300/300 TM 400/400,Cigweld Transarc 400 ,Cigweld tradesman etc. Fully programmable output voltage & VRD turn on time. Excellent strike & restrike properties Suits machines with phase input current to 200 Amps Minimal installation time less than 1 hour.

Suits Lincoln DC 400 Fast Strike & restrike on GP & cellulose rods. 1 Hour maximum fitting time , no holes to drill , no switches or relays machine stays as is simply plug in VRD & connect 3 wires. Machine works as per factory but with reduced OCV in Stick / Tig mode. Normal voltage sensing wire feeder operation ( Lincoln LN25 ,Miller suitcase extreme , cigweld stealth VS212) Reduced OCV adjustable from 12 to 35 VDC VRD turn on time software programmable from 50 milliseconds to 5 seconds. Incorporates new SafeTac Duoset stove piping & gouging function (Optional) VRD high OCV warning.
MILLER 600XP
Suits Miller 600X + Miller Airpak. Fast striking. Output is set to 14.4 volts at full RPM 21 Volts at idle. VRD can be set to 28 volts at full RPM 30.5 volts idle by an internally mounted switch. Options available SafeTac Duoset™ normally VRD is set to .3 seconds turn off time if button is pressed 3 times blue LED will turn on and VRD turn on time will change to 2 seconds for gouging or stove pipe operations. If the welder is not used for 20 minutes, button is pressed and held for 4 seconds or is reset by turning the machine off then on VRD turn on time will automatically reset to .3 seconds. Also a N.O. output is also included for connection of a Siren or indicator to indicate if the VRD has failed or the output is above 35 ~ 40 volts as per AS1674.2 2003. This system can also be fitted with a press button to simulate fail/safe operation prior to use of machine. This relay can also be used to shut down engine on VRD or welder failure. All VRD turn off, turn on times is software programmable.
